Please join UCEDC at this Lean Business Innovation Workshop
presented in partnership with the Burlington County Library System and
Rowan College Workforce Development Institute

Are you a small business owner, an entrepreneur just getting started with a fledgling enterprise? Or are you an “intrapreneur”  trying to implement change?

Learn how to work smarter by applying “lean startup” concepts and helpful tools at this two-part workshop.

Part 1 – January 25 | 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You’ll learn how to:

• Define problems and solutions
• Engage potential customers to validate your problem/solution
• Test your solution
• Build features, measure customer response and verify/refute your idea
• Know when to “pivot” and alter your plan’s course

Part 2 – February 2 | 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

• Reinforce the learning from Part 1
• Tips for creating a riveting “elevator pitch” during an interactive session
