Bio: Stan Kurzweil, SIOR, joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage as Senior Vice President in April, 2013. Mr. Kurzweil brings with him almost 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Stan’s concentration has been on selling and leasing office, industrial, medical offices, and hi-tech facilities. Throughout his career, Stan has negotiated more than $300 million worth of transactions. Some of his notable clients include: Deutsche Bank, AT&T, ADP, Marriott, Hanover Insurance, TD Bank, DHL Worldwide Express, Siemens Financial Services Corporation, New Jersey American Water Company, USAA and the Greek Orthodox Church.

Stan is a graduate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College, The City University of New York. He has been accepted as an expert witness in both the evaluation of and marketing of commercial real estate by New Jersey Superior Court and municipal boards. Stan has been recognized and quoted in Professional Real Estate Publications such as Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, Globe Street, Real Estate New Jersey, Forum and the Professional Report of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He has taken courses given by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the American School of Business, Inc.
