Diana Grandez, Director of Portfolio Management


Diana Grandez is UCEDC’s Director of Portfolio Management, joining the company in 2016. In this role, she has several responsibilities including overseeing compliance of annual Small Business Administration (SBA) requirements for borrowers and handling of client servicing requests. Diana also manages internal and SBA audits of portfolio clients as well as assists 504 and 7a Community Advantage borrowers through the loan closing process.

She is a graduate of Kean University with a M.S. in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Computer Science. In 2005, Diana joined Bank of America’s Card Services Division where she worked for 8 years in several departments in various capacities including managing her own team of customer service, collections and foreclosure representatives. Prior to joining UCEDC, Diana was Manager of Investor Relations for Registrar and Transfer Company.
