Regan Weiland is a former U.S. Navy Nuclear Machinist Mate with six years of experience serving aboard nuclear-powered submarines. She currently supports the NAVSEA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, where she works to connect innovative small businesses with the Department of the Navy’s mission needs. In her role as the Warfare Center Liaison for Connecticut and New York, Regan has spent the past year fostering collaboration between the Navy and industry partners to advance technologies that strengthen fleet readiness and capability.
