Make smarter decisions using data. In this workshop, you’ll learn how customers engage with your business online and how to turn that information into clear, actionable next steps.

You’ll receive an introduction to Google Analytics and learn how to:

• Understand customer behavior and engagement trends
• Create and interpret reports
• Set meaningful goals and track performance
• Use analytics alongside other Google tools
