UCEDC’s APEX Accelerator New Government Contracting Series is Back

UCEDC’s APEX Accelerator Procurement team has returned with their Introduction to Government Contracting Series—at no charge, this five-part webinar series designed to help businesses determine if they are ready for government contracting and understand what they need in place to bid successfully. Four sessions remain, each focused on a critical aspect of preparing for, entering, and excelling in the government marketplace.

Meet Your Procurement Expert: Jennifer Garofolo, Procurement Specialist

Jennifer Garofolo is UCEDC’s Procurement Specialist, assisting small businesses with successfully selling their goods and services to the government on the local, state, and federal levels. She also guides businesses with various certifications and helps them maneuver the application process. As a former small business owner who started a professional organizing business in 2013, she was motivated by this experience to become a business counselor in 2017. Since then, she has been supporting local small businesses by advising them on procurement opportunities and helping them avoid common missteps in government contracting.
