Elise Bouton
Marketing & Communications Assistant
Elise Bouton is a marketing and communications professional with a passion for storytelling, creative communication, and mission-driven work. She joined UCEDC with previous nonprofit experience through internships with Susan G. Komen, Catie’s Cause, and Girls on the Run, where she developed experience in communications, outreach, and community engagement.
Elise graduated from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2025 with a B.A. in Communication and a B.A. in Journalism, along with a minor in Digital Communication, Information and Media.
At UCEDC, Elise supports social media, digital content, client stories, promotional materials, events, and special campaigns. She especially enjoys creating creative materials that strengthen UCEDC’s voice, bring its mission to life, and showcase the impact it has on entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout New Jersey.
