Passaic UEZ Business Loan Program

The Passaic UEZ Business Loan Program is a partnership between the Passaic Enterprise Zone Development Corporation (Passaic UEZ) and UCEDC. Each lender provides 50% of the total financing through separate loans.

For example, if you apply for $50,000 and are approved, you would receive $25,000 from Passaic UEZ and $25,000 from UCEDC. This shared approach allows us to support more businesses.

Each lender will structure its portion of the loan using its existing programs. Learn more about UCEDC’s loan programs here and Passaic UEZ’s programs here. While eligibility requirements vary, all applicants must be certified as a UEZ Business by the NJ Urban Enterprise Zone Authority. Certification is completed online with the UEZA.
