Randy Simpson provides SBIR/STTR training for small businesses nationwide. He is the COO of TechOpp, Inc., a business development firm in Blacksburg, VA, serving over 400 small businesses to identify, capture, execute, and commercialize their technology. Randy has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from NC State University and a Master’s in Management from Webster University, coupled with over 50 years of experience in the aerospace and defense market.
