Ms. Johnson serves as Associate Director, managing the Department of War’s Indian Incentive Program (IIP) and oversees the Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) and Forecast of Contracting Opportunities (FCO) portfolios for the Office of Industrial Base Growth (IBG) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). In this capacity, she also manages the office’s event support contract, monitors and reports on Department-wide IIP performance, and translates FOCI strategic program requirements into actionable outcomes. Ms. Johnson advances the IBG mission by safeguarding critical technology, programs, and supply chain integrity from evolving foreign risks while strengthening small business integration across the defense industrial base.
