Scott Shipley

Business Banking Market Manager, Citizens Bank

Scott Shipley is a seasoned commercial and business banking professional with more than 30 years of experience. He began his banking career at Fleet Bank and completed formal credit training at the Bank of New York before holding leadership roles at Commerce Bank, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo. Scott joined Citizens in 2015 through Investors Bank and currently serves as Business Banking Market Manager, leading a team of nine Business Bankers across New Jersey.

A Tennessee native, Scott earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. He is also a veteran of the Tennessee National Guard, where he served as an officer in the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment. Outside of work, Scott enjoys golf, travel, sports, and spending time with his wife Julie, his high school sweetheart, and their two adult children.
