Bio: Tom began his career with Brounell & Kramer in 1972, successfully completed over 3,000 transactions totaling over 3/4 billion dollars. He is well versed in office, retail, industrial, commercial and investment real estate throughout New Jersey with specialization in Union, Essex, Morris, Middlesex, and Somerset counties.
Tom also provides highly effective professional service for all types of commercial real estate requirements ranging from 1,000 SF to 500,000 SF and beyond. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and his New Jersey broker’s license certification from the Professional School of Business.
