UCEDC Hosts SBA Administrator Linda McMahon

Latest stop on her tax-focused listening tour with small businesses

UCEDC was host to Linda McMahon, Administrator of the US Small Business Administration (SBA) on Saturday, November 4, 2017 as she conducted a listening round table with local small businesses to hear their comments and concerns about the current federal tax structure.

Among the business owners sharing their observations with Administrator McMahon were UCEDC clients, Robin Hoy, owner of PuroClean Restoration Services in Kenilworth and Mary Baker, owner of Baker Tax and Accounting Service in Linden.  UCEDC President Maureen Tinen, and Jane Rey, chair of the UCEDC Board, provided their perspectives on the small business climate.

UCEDC is a private SBA-designated small business lender, serving all of New Jersey and parts of New York and Pennsylvania.  It also serves as the entrepreneurial training arm of the NJEDA and is a federally designated Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).
