Joseph P. Starkey

Mr. Starkey is the retired Executive Director, State and Community Affairs, for the Merck and Company. Mr. Starkey serves on Board of Advisors of Overlook Hospital and the Board of Trustees for the Cranford Public Library. He is a past chairman of UCEDC.
