Jennifer Garofolo, Procurement Specialist
Jennifer Garofolo has joined UCEDC as a Procurement Specialist, assisting small businesses with successfully selling their goods and services to the government on the local, state and federal levels. She also guides business with various certification and helps them maneuver the application process.
Ms. Garofolo holds a Master’s of Health Administration from Brooklyn College and was a Patient Advocate and Administrator in the Healthcare System. In 2013, she started a professional organizing business. Motivated by this experience she became a business counselor in 2017. She now supports local small businesses and is able to advise how to avoid common missteps in the world of government procurement.
