Bio: Ian M. Grusd, CCIM SIOR, Managing Principal, GreenGate Capital, a brokerage and management company with a specialization in Union County. Ian has represented hundreds of companies across a diverse group of industries with more than 7 million square feet of real estate transactions comprising Office, Industrial, Retail and Investment properties.
He is one of the few brokers throughout the State of New Jersey to hold two of the most prestigious commercial real estate designations, CCIM and SIOR. Ian served as Chairman of the Gateway Chamber of Commerce and is recent past president of the SIOR New Jersey Chapter where under his leadership the Chapter won a National Award for a Community Outreach Program related to Hurricane Sandy.
He has provided expert testimony for landlord and tenant disputes, real estate tax appeals and property valuation. Ian has held seminars for various organizations including being a panelist at an International Real Estate Convention, had articles published in various trade journals and been quotable source numerous times.
