Frank Harzold
Vice President, Global Shipping Services, LLC

Frank has been with Global Shipping Services since 2008 where he currently serves as Vice President. He has over 25 years of freight forwarding experience in the industry including as an International Logistics Manager. He begins his career in the field while still in high school as a messenger where he collected a variety of packages from a predetermined location (Newark, New Jersey) and subsequently transported them to agencies, organizations and businesses at designated locations (Manhattan, New York).

Since then and after graduating from college, Frank was promoted through a series of increasingly responsible positions in the areas of domestic air freight training/operations, international air freight operations, hiring/training of staff and sales. He also travels internationally to several countries for sales and marketing officers.


Nadine Clark
Director of PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center), UCEDC

In her role as UCEDC’s Director of PTAC, Nadine oversees various procurement activities for small business owners seeking to market and sell their specific products and services to federal, state and local government agencies.

With more than 25 years of combined experience in both the public and private sectors of government contracting, Nadine has a thorough grasp of how to navigate the government contracting system. She believes that this familiarity enables her to successfully help small businesses understand how to find, bid, win, and perform on government contracts.


This Procurement Technical Assistance Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency and the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
